Typical capacity: 98,000 labels per day. This is a machine with extremely high productivity, running at 750 insertions per minute. As the weft is transported with the help of computer controlled jets of air, there are no moving mechanical parts inside the shed. This ensures minimal stop time due to weft breaks in addition to producing labels incorporating up to eight weft colors. Mujet - Air Jet Weaving Looms (Taffeta-2) Manufacturer:Muller (Switzerland) Weaving width is 1000 mm with 5 repeats each of 200 mm 1152 ends per repeat. Typical capacity: 95,000 labels each per day. This device has an extremely high speed and is a very precise computer controlled machine running at 900 weft insertions per minute. Efficiencies up to 96% are achievable due to a minimum of moving parts inside the shed and negligible warp and weft breaks. It can produce labels incorporating up to eight colors. Mu-Grip Rapier Weaving Looms. (3 Taffeta and 2 Satin ) Muller (Switzerland) Weaving width is 1000 mm with 5 repeats each of 200 mm, (taffeta) and 10 repeats each of 100 mm (satin) Typical capacity (satin): 81,000 labels per day. Typical capacity (taffeta): 157,000 labels per day. This apparatus runs at 650 insertions per minute, and is a multifaceted machine to produce large and small orders, alike. It is extremely precise and fully computer controlled. Ultrasonic Slitting Machine: 1 no. Manufacturer: Cartes (Italy) This is a 200 mm double horn 36 kHz ultrasonic slitting machine with built in calenders and rewinders. Capable of achieving upto 20 meters per minute speed with multiple slitting sections up to 10 mm wide. Tape alignment is controlled by optical sensors and magic eyes. Delivers the product with super-smooth soft edges, which does not flare even after repeated washing. This machine also has an attachment to apply adhesives at the back of the woven labels. Cut & Fold Machines 3 nos Manufacturer: Wiley: (Italy) Cuts and folds all types of labels to achieve, ready to sew conditions with a total capacity of 250,000 labels per day. These are extremely precise machines, fitted with microprocessors to count the finished labels. The labels are also calendared during the process to achieve dimensional stability and to ensure permanent crease of the fold. Can achieve all types of folds; End-fold, Centre-fold, Mitre-fold and Manhattan-fold. We also carry out ultrasonic cutting. Ultrasonic Plunge Die Cutting Machine: 1 no. Manufacturer: (Telsonic / Switzerland) Used to die-cut various labels and patches in precise intricate shapes with perfectly sealed and anti flaring edges. The cutting is achieved with an ultrasonic cutting system and the press, sonotrode etc, are all controlled by microprocessors, ensuring fast, uniform and efficient cutting cycles. CAD Stations for Label Designing. (Hong Kong / Switzerland / India) The company currently has 5 independent textile design stations using the latest available software for label designing. The various finishes that can be achieved are taffeta, twill, satin, damask, tubular, double sided and decorative special weaves etc. Stuffing and Padding Machine Manufacturer: (Cartes - Italy) This machine is specifically used to stuff the tubular labels and decorative motifs with polyester staples, to give an effect of cushion. The typical capacity of the machine is about 3600 labels per day. Braid Tape Manufacturing Machine Manufacturer: (Jakob Mueller - India) To cater to the ever increasing demand for web tapes, braiding, neck tapes, special elastic bands, we have installed a tape loom. This loom is manufactured by M/s. Jakob-Muller AG, Switzerland, a world renowned company in the field of narrow fabrics and ribbons, at their factory in India.
