High Speed Letter-Flex Rotary Printing Machine S- 6/2 and 4/1 Manufacturer: Focus Label Machinery Limited, U.K. Printing width is up to 150 mm with provision of printing up to 6 colors simultaneously at the front side and 2 colors at the back side, complete with ink curing systems. The inks are transported on to the substrate through a chain of ink-fountains, anilox rollers and photopolymer plates. The inks used by us are also imported from the best ink producers of the world, ensuring extreme fastness against rubbing, washing and sunlight. Photopolymer Plate Making Machine 12 “x 18” Manufacturer: Printax, India. A versatile equipment to make photopolymer plates with precise control over the exposure, washing, drying, finishing and post exposure stages. All stages are automatically controlled with electronic timers and temperature controllers to ensure a very high quality of printing plates. Post Curing Oven For Finished Labels Manufacturer: Narang, India. Totally enclosed and dust proof ovens with mirror finish aluminum interiors and electronically controlled temperature conditions to allow the post curing of the printed labels before being dispatched. This is a necessary stage to optimize the ink fastness. CAD Stations (PC & Mac) For Making and Pasting the Artworks We use networked versions of IBM-PC and APPLE-Mac, to ensure that we are able to process complex artworks supplied by our esteemed buyers, with ease and great flexibility. We are also capable of producing barcodes on the printed labels. In addition to this we print price tickets and bar-coded labels on stickers and toy material. |
